Look in your account first
Sign in with Google and open Account → Licences. Press the key to reveal it, then copy it. It's also on each purchase in Account → Purchases.
Bought as a guest?
Sign in with Google using the same email address you paid with. Your purchase links to your account automatically and the key appears in Account → Licences.
You can also search your inbox for your receipt from Orbital. It includes your licence key.
Still can't find it?
Email support@theorbital.shop from the address you paid with. Include your order number if you have it (it starts with ORB-), or the theme and roughly when you bought it. We'll help you get your key back.
Think your key was shared?
Keep your key private, like a password. If you think someone else is using it, write to us and we'll look into it with you.
