1. Who we are
theorbital.shop is operated by Hamid Mustafa (sole proprietor), Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan, Pakistan (“Orbital”, “we”). Contact: support@theorbital.shop.
2. Buying a theme
Prices are shown per theme and per platform and are charged in US dollars; prices shown in other currencies are estimates. Checkout is handled by our merchant of record, Creem, which is the seller of record for your payment and issues your invoice. Taxes are calculated at checkout.
3. Delivery
After payment you receive a receipt with your download link and licence key. If you sign in with the same email, your purchases also appear in your account.
4. Licence
Your use of a theme is governed by the Licence.
5. Refunds
See the Refund policy.
6. Accounts
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your licence keys private. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.
7. Acceptable use
Don’t attack, scrape at scale, or try to bypass security or licence checks on our site or services.
8. Warranty and liability
Themes are provided as described on their pages. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the theme concerned.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the date below changes when we do. Purchases are governed by the terms in force when you bought.
10. Governing law
The laws of Pakistan, with the courts of Lahore having jurisdiction.
