The short version
- Open a theme and pick the platform you want, for example Shopify or HTML. Each platform is its own build with its own price.
- Try the live demo first. Shopify demo stores are password protected; the password is on the theme page.
- Tick the box to accept the licence (one store or website) and the no-refund policy, then press Buy now. You can also add several themes to your cart and pay for them together.
- Pay on Creem's secure checkout page.
- You come back to Orbital with your download and your licence key.
Who you pay
Themes are sold by Orbital Studio. Payments are handled by Creem, our merchant of record. Creem takes the payment, works out any sales tax or VAT for where you live, and issues your receipt and invoice. Prices are charged in US dollars. If the site shows a price in another currency, treat it as an estimate.
Do I need an account?
Not to buy a ready-made theme. You can check out as a guest, and you still get everything:
- The thank-you page shows your licence key and a download button for 24 hours after you pay.
- We email you a receipt with your licence key and a download link that works for 7 days.
To keep your themes in one place, sign in with Google using the same email address you paid with. Your purchase is added to your account automatically, with its downloads, licence key and support date. Right now Google is the only way to sign in.
Made-to-order versions are the one exception: you sign in with Google before you order, so we can deliver the files to your account. See Made-to-order versions.
One purchase covers one store
Every purchase covers one live store or website, on the platform you bought. A second store, or the same theme on a different platform, is another purchase. The Shopify theme editor, theme previews and local or staging copies don't count as a store. More in Activating your licence key.

- 3 months of support from the purchase date. Your account shows the exact end date.
Before you buy
We don't offer refunds on themes. If something is wrong with a theme, we fix it. So it is worth a few minutes to check the live demo on your phone and computer, read the requirements and the "What's in the ZIP" list on the theme page, and make sure you picked the right platform.
