What it is
Every Orbital theme ships on one or two platforms. If you need it somewhere else, we can build that version for you. On each theme page, under the Buy button, you'll see a box like: "Need it for WooCommerce or BigCommerce? We make it for you."
We offer HTML, WooCommerce and BigCommerce, minus the platforms a theme already comes with. For example, a theme that already has an HTML version offers WooCommerce and BigCommerce. We don't make Wix or Squarespace versions.
What it costs
The made-to-order price is 1.5 times the theme's regular price, rounded to whole dollars. Sales don't lower it. Today that means:
- $89 themes: $134
- $239 themes: $359
- $449 themes: $674
The theme page and the order page always show the exact price before you pay.
Already own the theme? You only pay the difference between the made-to-order price and the theme price ($45, $120 or $225 for the prices above). This happens automatically at checkout when you're signed in with the account that owns the theme, on any platform.
How ordering works
- On the theme page, pick the platform in the made-to-order box.
- Add any notes for us (optional): your store's language, apps or plugins you rely on, a preset you like.
- Sign in with Google. If you weren't signed in, we keep your choice and notes while you do.
- Accept the made-to-order terms and pay on Creem's secure checkout. You pay first, and we start once the payment is confirmed.
- We email you to confirm, with the date your version is due. You can follow it in Account → Made to order.
Delivery
Our target is 7 days from payment. If we need to ask you something, or can't make the date, we email you with the reason and a new date.
When it's ready, you get:
- the ZIP in Account → Purchases, like any theme you've bought,
- a new, separate licence key for that version (your key for the original version stays as it is),
- an email with your key and a download link.
The new version keeps the theme's design and features as closely as the platform allows. Anything a platform can't do is explained in the documentation that comes with it.
If it's late: the 14-day rule
If we haven't delivered your version within 14 days of payment, you can ask for a full refund at any time before we deliver it. Just reply to your order email or write to support@theorbital.shop.
Once a version is delivered, the normal policy applies: no refunds, and if something is wrong with it, we fix it. See Refunds and our fix-it promise.
Licence, updates and support
A delivered version works like any purchase: one licence for one store or website, free updates, and 3 months of support starting from the delivery date. We may later offer the same platform version to other buyers too.
Another platform?
Want a platform that isn't offered, such as Webflow? Open Other platform? in the made-to-order box and leave the platform name and your email. There's no payment. We count the requests and email you if we make it.
