Our policy in one line
Orbital themes are digital downloads delivered instantly, so we do not offer refunds. If a theme does not work as described, we will fix it.
Before you buy
- Try the live demo on desktop, tablet and phone.
- Check the requirements and what’s in the ZIP on the theme page.
- Make sure you selected the right platform; each platform build is a separate purchase.
- Ask us anything first at support@theorbital.shop.
If something is wrong
Email support@theorbital.shop with your order number and a description of the problem. We reply within 3 business days, usually much sooner, and ship a fix through a free update.
Payments and our merchant of record
Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Creem, which handles billing, tax and invoices. In rare cases (for example, to prevent a chargeback, or if we fail to respond to you), Creem may issue a refund at its own discretion under its terms. A refunded purchase’s licence is revoked.
Where local consumer law gives you rights that cannot be excluded, this policy does not limit them.
